Almost but not everything costs when you go to the TomTom XXL 540S site to get the latest maps, etc. When your GPS arrives, you have to download the current map within 30 days or pay for it. I learned the hard way. I installed the latest firmware but did not get the latest map. TomTom XXL 540S
